In the temporarily occupied territories of the Luhansk region, people are freezing without heating.
In particular, deaths have already been recorded in the region. The reason is the conflict between the so-called state enterprise “Luhanskgaz” from the occupation administration, which allegedly does not pay money for the consumed blue fuel.
Both sides ignore people’s problems and are actually fighting for influence in the region, with the support of imported Russian security forces.
