In the temporarily occupied territories, the Russians are extorting money from Ukrainians who have not received Russian certificates and license plates.
The occupiers are forcing Ukrainians to obtain Russian license plates and driver’s licenses, but they are unsuccessful. Most of the region refuses the aggressor’s initiatives and ignores them.
As a result, enemy soldiers stop at each checkpoint those who did not cooperate with the enemy and demand a bribe of up to 20 thousand rubles for the right to go further. If there is no money, the Russians confiscate the certificate for a “serviceability check”.
The National Resistance Center calls on the Resistance Movement to inform the location of checkpoints and traitors in the service of the occupier.
