How the Kremlin plans to destroy the European order

The Kremlin has achieved great success in weaponization, that is, in turning all areas of life into weapons for its victory. We publish the vision of Kremlin maniacs, how they see the situation in the world and plan to get off the hook.

Thanks to caring citizens, the document of the Russian Academy of Sciences, authored by Sergei Karaganov (under EU sanctions), a Russian political scientist who is one of the ideologues of modern Russia, got to the National Resistance Center.

In it, Karaganov and employees of the Institute of Scientific Information for Social Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences prepared a report on the vision of relations between the Russian Federation and the EU in the coming years. In fact, the document is a plan of “scientists” to break up the EU and was created through the prism of the “decaying west”.

We decided to publish the main theses of the “analysis” so that the reader understands that Russia plans to use culture, the image of the “good Russian”, migrants and everything else against the EU, because the ultimate goal of the Kremlin’s Nazis is not Ukraine, but the collapse of NATO as revenge for the defeat of the USSR.

“Decaying West”

According to “researchers”, unpopular social reforms are expected in Europe due to “aging”, namely the increase of the average age to 50 years in 2030. At the same time, the lack of labor will lead to an increase in migrants

Migrants will not accept the cultural values of the EU, which will lead to division between groups and destroy the common identity of the countries of the union and strengthen radical sentiments. On the basis of which marginals controlled by the Russian Federation can come to power and promote the idea of the Russian Federation as an alternative to liberalism.

Thus, internal strife will force Europe to concentrate on domestic politics. According to the plan of the Kremlin, the EU should break up into three components: the core (Benelux, Germany and France), the semi-periphery (the south of the EU) and the periphery (Eastern Europe). At the same time, France is considered to be the weak point of the core in the Kremlin, which they plan to shake up the most.

Formation of an anti-Western coalition

In contrast to Western diplomacy, Moscow plans to use the term “world majority”, that is, countries that are neutral to the Russian Federation and which the Russian Federation automatically enrolls as allies.

Among these countries, the Russian Federation plans to spread anti-American sentiments in order to create a single unifying factor. At the same time, to destroy narratives about “green energy” in order to knock this “trump card” out of the hands of Brussels. This is all you need to know about the Kremlin and ecology.

The Russians have no clear plans for the war in Ukraine, but after its end, the enemy insists on bringing in peacekeepers from China or “friendly” Arab countries. Thus, the end of the war in Moscow’s worldview should be the humiliation of NATO.

“War with NATO”

The entire document is full of revanchist complexes of its authors. In particular, the Russians see the “delegitimization of NATO” as one of the main goals of the war. The Kremlin is actively promoting the idea that it is fighting with NATO and that the alliance is winning. At the same time, Moscow presents itself as a victim of aggression.

The authors do not advise the regime to negotiate with NATO, because they are “participants in the conflict.” The UN is not the only structure through which Moscow plans to promote its maniacal vision. However, the Russians plan to use the negotiations themselves for a pro forma, because they are not interested in peace.

In order to strengthen the discredit of NATO, “scientists” suggest increasing nuclear escalation and intimidation of European countries. All provocations of NATO countries must be accompanied by the thesis that “Article 5 will not protect you” (Article 5 provides for the entry of all NATO countries into a war against the aggressor).

Further relations

The authors of the document hope that the end of the “hot phase” of the war in Ukraine will provoke a warming of relations with the EU, and they do not advise making direct contacts with Brussels. All negotiations, according to Moscow’s plan, should be conducted with each EU member separately.

The main goal of the Russians in this process is to prevent the “iron curtain”. Yes, the Kremlin plans to seek contacts with EU countries that are dissatisfied with the sanctions. Negotiations are necessary for the destruction of the unity of the EU and the restoration of the supply of energy resources from the Russian Federation.

The Kremlin also aims to continue cooperation with the “periphery” and “semi-periphery” countries. Therefore, Moscow wants to strengthen cultural, tourist and academic cooperation.

That is, to increase the scale of student exchange programs, tourist routes and cultural projects. The authors do not hide that they plan to use culture, tourists and science as soft power to improve the acceptance of the Russian Federation among Europeans.

Separately, the authors hope to return European business to the Russian Federation, and with it the transfer of technologies. In the calculation of “researchers”, this will be facilitated by the market war between China and the USA and the policy of protectionism in these countries, which will close the markets for business with the EU.

In general, the Kremlin has a concept of the “Russian dream”, according to which “Russia is a country of civilization” that has combined the best of Asia and Europe. Kremlin propagandists plan to promote this concept in the countries of Eastern Europe. Moscow sees Hungary as a springboard for this.

At the same time, in the future, it is the countries of Eastern Europe with Russian puppets at the head who should block the program of restoration of Ukraine.

If everything goes according to plan as described in the document, the Russians see the next target as the Suval Corridor, where the Russian Federation plans to start a conflict under a white flag and force the West to agree to peacekeepers from China or Arab countries and to the demand for the demilitarization of the Baltic states.

Note that the authors of the document themselves note that these are “ideal conditions”. That is, they themselves do not believe in such a development of events. However, we decided to familiarize you with these fantasies of the Kremlin in order to understand the plans of the enemy and his level of insidiousness.
