From 2024, Ukrainians in the temporarily occupied territories will not be able to receive medical treatment.
From January 1, you can get help only if you have mandatory Russian health insurance, which can be obtained only if you have a Russian passport. Thus, the enemy is still trying to force Ukrainians to receive red waste paper.
At the same time, the Russians, upon receiving a passport, force Ukrainians to write a renunciation of Ukrainian citizenship, although this is not a mandatory procedure according to the legislation of the Russian Federation. In this way, the Russians want to legally change the demographic composition of the captured regions, which is a sign of genocide.
It should be noted that currently the majority of TOT residents have not received a Russian passport, despite the risks to their lives. Therefore, from next year, local people will not be able to be treated in captured hospitals, except in cases of emergency care.
According to international law, it is the responsibility of the occupier to ensure the livelihood of the region, thus we state another crime of the Russian regime.
