Experts of the National Resistance Center present the study, “The Situation in the Temporarily Occupied Territories. Results of 2023”.

Monitoring the situation in the temporarily occupied territories (hereinafter — TOT) was conducted based on data from confidential sources and official government agencies.
The study aims to summarize information on the crimes of the Russian Federation against the state of Ukraine and its population, as well as to track the methods of establishing the occupation regime.
Content of the study:
➔ Political situation;
➔ Military component;
➔ Economic situation
➔ Social situation;
➔ Information activities;
➔ State of the infrastructure.
The study can be helpful for governmental and non-governmental organizations that study the tactics of authoritarian regimes to establish control over territories seized by military means. It can also be helpful for territories where legitimate state authorities have lost control due to external hybrid threats.
