In the temporarily occupied territories, the occupiers once again use blackmail to speed up the pace of passporting of the local population.
At the TOT of the Kherson region, the occupiers give gas cylinders to those who do not have a central gas supply. However, the condition for obtaining it is the presence of a Russian passport. Similarly, the enemy issues coal to residents of the captured region only with a Russian passport. In this way, people are actually held hostage by the enemy.
However, such blackmail does not help the Russians, and they are even forced to allow “voting” in the elections with a Ukrainian passport, due to the fact that the majority of the population does not have the red paper of the Russian Federation.
