The occupiers cannot restore the supply of electricity in the temporarily occupied territories due to a shortage of workers in the energy industry.
Power outages in populated areas occur due to weather conditions, and the enemy does not have time to restore the electricity supply. As a result, the bread factory in Donetsk stopped, and bread now is being brought to the city from Makiivka.
Currently, only 25% of electricians are employed in Donetsk, as is generally the case in most other utility companies. Most of the workers were either mobilized or left the region.
The National Resistance Center observes that the enemy is unable to sustain the occupied regions, and therefore calls for help in liberating the captured areas and reporting on the enemy’s bases and warehouses.
