The Kremlin is actively campaigning for military personnel who, due to their health or other reasons can no longer participate in the war, to become teachers.
In several regions of the Russian Federation, pedagogical higher educational institutions introduced retraining programs for citizens of the Russian Federation who participated in the war with Ukraine. There are no restrictions, they can be members of any formations, including PMC. It is also not important what the primary education of the future “teachers” was. After completing the training they will have the right to become a school teacher.
In particular, Russian military personnel who will soon complete retraining as teachers under the program of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation will become teachers of lessons in history, physical education and the basics of life safety. Separately, they will conduct activities within the framework of initial military training (IMT).
In schools such teachers are recommended to conduct lessons in military uniform and display military equipment and ammunition. It is also emphasized that, by personal example, they should carry out national-patriotic education of young people, agitate them to connect their future fate with power structures. And in connection with the approaching “presidential elections” of the Russian Federation, they should also conduct indirect campaigning in the interests of the ruling party “United Russia” and Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin.
It is possible that such “educators” will also be seconded to the TOT of Ukraine to strengthen the propaganda influence and militarization of Ukrainian youth. It is also worth paying attention to the fact that these yesterday’s soldiers may suffer from mental disorders, and they will be allowed to work with children.
