The Russians invented a way to increase the list of “unmanaged property” in order to take it from the residents of the temporarily occupied territories who left the region.
Now, the Russians actually do not recognize “power of attorney”, because they require the property owner to indicate the country where the property is located. However, on the basis of Ukrainian documents, it is of course impossible to do this.
As a result, the property owner has to return to the TOT, where filtering awaits him. Therefore, it allows the enemy to increase the amount of “unmanaged property” and to take it from the relatives of those who left the region.
However, we note that all these legal papers with the coat of arms of the Russian Federation do not have any legal force and are completely worthless. After the absolute liberation of the territories, all property rights will return to the owners, and everyone involved in the process of looting Ukrainians will bear responsibility, as it was in the liberated areas of Kharkiv and Kherson regions.
