The Russians demand that their personnel sign a new contract if they want to go on vacation.
At the same time, the enemy does not let go those whose contracts have expired, even though it was through agitation that they lured them into the ranks of the army for six months to wage a war of aggression against Ukraine. This way, the Russians get the necessary number of personnel at the front.
This leads to more frequent cases of desertion in the Russian Armed Forces. However, the soldiers are caught and formed into “lost and found” units, which are thrown into the attack in meaty assaults, as they are officially missing before the attack.
