The Russians are promising residents of the temporarily occupied territories up to 100,000 rubles for testimony about crimes of Ukraine.
To do this, one must write a statement claiming that you or your family members, including children, were harmed by the shelling specifically from Ukraine. Residents of Mariupol, Severodonetsk, Lysychansk, and other cities in eastern Ukraine, which Russia obliterated during the “liberation”, are being encouraged to write such statements.
These statements are then intended to contribute to the narrative of crimes committed by the Defence Forces, which, according to the logic of delusional propagandists, shelled cities that they themselves controlled.
In other words, for the sake of creating an alternate reality, the Russians cynically promise money to people Russia has deprived of a livelihood, in exchange for shifting the blame for the crimes to the other side.
The Center for National Resistance notes that Russia will not succeed in falsifying history. Every propagandist serving Kremlin fascism will be brought to justice.
