Currently, the invaders are looking for traitors to work in administrations and other fake structures in order to reduce the number of Russians in these structures, which work on a rotational basis.
However, most of the locals left the region, fleeing the occupation. Those who remained mostly refused to cooperate with the enemy, except for those who had already agreed.
