The higher anti-corruption court confiscated the property of Yevhen Balytsky, the head of the occupation administration of the Zaporizhzhia region, and his father and son. We are talking about three apartments, a residential building and two plots of land in Melitopol, four cars, five airplanes, a self-made tourist boat, funds in bank accounts, shares in nine companies.
Where does the collaborator have such luxuries? During the occupation, Balytsky was engaged in the illegal distribution of property of Ukrainians who left the annexed territories, as well as the so-called “nationalization” of Ukrainian enterprises.
Balytskyi was a People’s Deputy in 2012-2019 from the Party of Regions and the “Opposition Bloc”, after the full-scale invasion of the Russians he became a collaborator and headed the occupation administration of the captured part of the Zaporizhzhia region with its center in Melitopol. In Ukraine, he was sentenced in absentia to 15 years of imprisonment.
We would like to remind you once again that collaborative activity is punishable by life imprisonment with confiscation of property in accordance with the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Ukrainian lands will be liberated, and the agents of the Russian occupation authorities will not escape responsibility.
