The occupation authorities at TOT created almost ideal conditions for criminals and recidivists from all over Russia. Murderers come here to avoid responsibility at home. It will be superfluous to explain what kind of life they lead in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. After all, murders, thefts, and looting have already become commonplace here.
Recently, in Donetsk, the murderer of the Muezzin Ibrahim Isyanyaev “lighted up” the former mercenary “Wagner PMC” Rail Khairov. Before that, he had already been tried for murder but was pardoned to be sent to the front. Will they judge now — most likely, Rail will once again join the ranks of the “volunteers” of the Russian army and go to end his vile life in one of the forest plantations in the Ukrainian Donetsk region.
For the Kremlin and the occupation authorities, such cases are ideal for improving their mobilization fund. But not only criminals join the ranks of the invaders, but also drug addicts from Chechnya or women from penal colonies.
The Center of National Resistance reminds that anyone who comes to Ukrainian land with bad intentions will be prosecuted or destroyed. You can also help to stop the policy of the Russian occupiers and their collaborators by publicizing their crimes and demanding their international prosecution. You can also participate in rallies in support of Ukraine or donate to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
