In the temporarily occupied part of Zaporizhzhia region, men aged 60 to 65 are forced to sign contracts with the Russian Ministry of Defense. They are promised that they will serve in rear units.
In general, the situation with the recruitment of the enemy army is extremely disappointing for the invaders. That is why the collaborators are resorting to such ‘extreme’ measures. In addition, mass desertion and unwillingness to serve in the enemy army among the local population is undermining all the tasks set by the Kremlin.
In the temporarily occupied Luhansk region alone, 500 cases of desertion have been officially documented in the past few months. And cases of abandonment of military units have multiplied by twenty.
The invaders are putting enormous pressure on the families of those who have fled the enemy army. Therefore, we once again urge you to avoid mobilization by all means, let alone signing a contract with the Russian Federation.
And we remind the invaders and collaborators that international law prohibits the mobilization of residents of the occupied territories into the ranks of the occupying forces. They will have to be held accountable for this.
Anyone can stop the policy of the Russian invaders and their collaborators by publicizing their crimes and demanding their international prosecution. You can also participate in rallies in support of Ukraine or donate to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
