This way, thousands of foreign students and workers have been recruited into Putin’s army. The latter also abruptly stopped having their work visas extended. Without this document, they have no chance of staying in Russia.
However, there were cases when African students did not receive the appropriate visa and, at the same time, avoided signing a contract. They managed to bribe the necessary officials and thus resolved their issue.
Russia is actively recruiting killers from poor countries where it has extensive agent networks because empires constantly wage their colonial wars with the hands of other peoples.
