Due to the failed mobilization campaign, the Kremlin’s accomplices resort to various “motivational” incentives to remedy the situation. A new measure of incentives for a contract with the Russian Ministry of Attack was initiated by the Nazi organizations Patriotic Center of Russian Victory, the Russian Paratroopers Union, and the Union of Builders. They offer apartment certificates for readiness to participate in the war against Ukraine.
However, the certificate does not mean that a person willing to kill in Ukraine will receive an apartment for it. It is just a piece of paper that provides repayment of 200 thousand Russian rubles.
Everything indicates that free apartments for the occupiers are over. Or, the local occupation authorities have introduced a scheme to embezzle funds for housing for members of the so-called “SWO”.
Recently, the so-called “People’s Council of the LPR” passed a law that “regulates” the transfer of apartments owned by Ukrainians who were forced to flee the war to state ownership. A register of such housing was created, including more than one thousand abandoned apartments.
You can stop the policy of the Russian invaders and their collaborators by publicizing their crimes and demanding their international prosecution. You can also participate in rallies in support of Ukraine or donate to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
