In the temporarily occupied Kherson region, the invaders plan to transfer about 40 seized agricultural plots to “investors”.
These are the plots whose owners were forced to leave their native lands due to the region’s occupation. However, the intention is to “legalize” the unauthorized use of the plots, as the structures related to the enemy’s puppets have been using them unauthorizedly for a long time.
Now, these padding companies will become “investors” and receive “ownership” of the plots for nothing. Of course, these rights are legally null and void, and all property will be returnedto the owners when the Armed Forces of Ukraine come.
