For various reasons, people who are not indifferent pass on information about collaborators to the National Resistance Center, and we publish to you what is no longer of value to intelligence agencies.
This time, it is the “Deputy Director of the Department of Budget and Financial Monitoring of the Ministry of Finance of the DPR” Artur Naliesnyi. This character is interesting, because at the beginning of the full-scale invasion, he was sent to Zaporizhzhia TOT, where he worked as a “deputy minister of finance” in the local occupation administration.
Until 2014, he worked as a financial inspector in Donetsk until he decided to work for the Russians and “move up the career ladder.” It is worth noting that he was not an ideological traitor, and his wife regularly traveled to the territory of free Ukraine.
After the anti-terrorist operation, his child was born there and went to school there (in the village of Yalta, Donetsk region). In other words, Arthur and his family “fought the Nazis” by going to them for treatment. However, this did not prevent him from serving the invaders and helping to destroy the lives of the residents of Zaporizhzhia region in 2022.
