The occupiers held a master class on Kremlin propaganda for children of the temporarily occupied Alchevsk. Yulia Cherepnina, a collaborator editor of the local newspaper Ogony, spoke about the principles of Putin’s journalism – how to properly manipulate the minds of people under occupation, glorify the terrorist army of murderers and rapists, and create fake news.
The lessons of “journalistic skills” were given to 10th grade students. In this way, the occupation authorities are implementing the Kremlin’s strategy of ideological work with young people. And the Kremlin’s propaganda journalism is one of the best media tools that can “educate” a generation of obedient citizens.
In addition to workshops, the Kremlin held a festival of handmade pseudo-journalists in the temporarily occupied Donetsk region. The event was organized by the New Media Development Foundation with the support of Putin’s Cultural Initiatives Foundation.
