The “deputies” of the People’s Council of the pseudo-entity of the Luhansk People’s Republic have adopted a decision that provides for increased repression of the civilian population of the temporarily occupied Luhansk region. It is about the creation of people’s militias that will help the security forces to ensure “order”.
By “order” is meant total control to identify pro-Ukrainian people, persecute them and persuade them to cooperate with the enemy. In addition, the ‘squads’ are actively involved in detentions, searches and denunciations, contributing to increased terror and fear among the population.
