Non-payment of scholarships to students of local fake educational institutions in the temporarily occupied Donetsk region has become a common occurrence. In most cases, college and vocational school students and students have accepted this.
However, the students of one of the lyceums in Makiivka lost their patience. Here, the director of the school, who cooperated with the Russian occupation administration, embezzled 175 thousand Russian rubles.
A similar situation occurred with the students of the Luhansk Art and Industrial College, many of whom are orphans. They were not paid scholarships for six months.
This is already a trend when the occupation administrations of educational institutions in the TOT of Ukraine have organized criminal schemes through which they misappropriate funds intended for scholarships. It is obvious that the “sky-high” salaries and social benefits promised by the Kremlin are not enough for local collaborators – they want to live large. Why not steal from children?
