However, in order to renew the contract, one must re-register the ownership of the apartment in accordance with the laws of the invaders, as well as have a Russian passport. Thus, in fact, heat can be obtained only if you have red waste paper.
In this way, the enemy once again violates international humanitarian law and forces Ukrainians to obtain a Russian passport, as it does not recognize the right of the Ukrainian nation to exist.
You can stop the policy of the Russian invaders and their collaborators by publicizing their crimes and demanding their international prosecution. You can also participate in rallies in support of Ukraine or donate to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
