The Russian “federal security service” is using criminals to take control of markets in the temporarily occupied territories of the south.
We are talking about people from the Caucasus who are brought to the TOT and given control over entire industries. For this, they “share the income” with FSB officers. This also helps the Russian Gestapo to obtain information about the locals and persecute disloyal people with “other people’s hands.”
At present, it is Russian criminals who distribute outlets in the markets, and there have been cases when people have been thrown out of their outlets because they refused to cooperate with the occupiers. Instead, the right to trade is transferred to loyal collaborators.
