The heads of the occupation institutions have been asked to provide lists of those who are not yet members of the ruling party. Subsequently, such people are interviewed and forced to write an application to join the party.
In addition to the purely propaganda purpose of allegedly supporting the course of the ruling dictator, such coercion is intended to bind Ukrainians into a circular bailout, as the Russians systematically frighten Ukrainians that they are all collaborators and have no place in their homeland, which is not true.
You can stop the policy of the Russian invaders and their collaborators by publicizing their crimes and demanding their international prosecution. You can also participate in rallies in support of Ukraine or donate to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
