The issue of staff shortages in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine has reached a special scale. There is simply no one to work at the enterprises, especially the municipal ones. Due to delays in salaries, as well as the risk of being forcibly mobilized into the enemy army, people are leaving en masse.
But local collaborators have found a way to warm their hands on this crisis as well. The “head” of the regional water utility in the temporarily occupied Kherson region kept “dead souls” on his staff. In this way, he reported to the Kremlin patrons on the staffing of the enterprise and at the same time received their salaries.
Another way to fill vacancies is to encourage workers from different regions of Muscovy to come to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. For this, guest workers are promised free housing. In the temporarily occupied Mariupol, several dozen “rebuilt” apartments were given to Central Asian workers.
You can stop the policy of the Russian invaders and their collaborators by publicizing their crimes and demanding their international prosecution. You can also participate in rallies in support of Ukraine or donate to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
