The occupation administration of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea continues to sell Ukrainian property on a massive scale. This time, two sanatoriums have been put up for auction – Foros in Yalta and Saki, one of the oldest health centers on the peninsula.
The portal GIS. Torgi portal has posted an announcement of an auction for the sale of Foros sanatorium located in Yalta at Kosmonavtov Street. This complex includes 35 real estate objects, including non-residential buildings, garages, and outbuildings. The auction is scheduled for February 14 this year, and the starting bid is 105.5 million rubles.
Also, one of the Russian classifieds sites published information about the sale of the Saki sanatorium. It is up for sale for 1.99 billion rubles. The total territory of the complex is about 14 hectares, of which more than 9 hectares are parkland.
The National Resistance Center previously reported on the occupiers’ plans to “nationalize” Ukrainian property with the subsequent sale of infrastructure facilities. In this regard, representatives of the occupation authorities on the territory of the annexed peninsula have already sold Ukrainian property for about 5 billion rubles.
In addition, the occupiers are implementing illegal “nationalization” as an additional source of funding for the war of aggression against Ukraine.
Despite the difficult situation, Ukraine records all cases of crimes committed by the occupiers against people not only in the annexed Autonomous Republic of Crimea, but also in all TOT of Ukraine. However, after the de-occupation of our lands, all responsible persons will be brought to justice in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
You can stop the policy of the Russian invaders and their collaborators by publicizing their crimes and demanding their international prosecution. You can also participate in rallies in support of Ukraine or donate to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
