The occupying administrations, with the help of telegram channels aimed at the audience of TOT of the Kherson region, promote targeted messages to mislead the local residents about the threat to children on the territory of Ukraine.
It is emphasized that the Russian leadership does not recommend that parents send their children to the territory under the control of the Ukrainian authorities, because in the future there is a risk of sending these children abroad as potential candidates for organ donors.
Along with this, the departure of children to Russia through the “We are children of the Volga” camp program is covered exclusively positively and with calls to expand participation in similar programs.
Thus, the Russian higher military-political leadership seeks to increase the volume of illegal removal of Ukrainian children from the TOT of southern Ukraine to the territory of the Russian Federation for further illegal adoption.
