A plan for the development of “Cossacks” has been approved in the temporarily occupied Kherson region. It involves the involvement of all male residents of the region in so-called “Cossack” cooperatives. The main purpose of this revival in the growth of this pseudo-Cossack group is to replenish the occupiers’ mobilization resources.
It is known that the Kremlin has registered a bill that provides for the inclusion of all “Cossacks” in the mobilization human reserve of the Russian army. Previously, to be included in such a reserve, each citizen had to individually sign an agreement with the Ministry of Defense. Now it will be a herd contract.
