The Kremlin’s plans to passportization the population of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine are failing. Despite all the unbearable conditions that the occupiers have created for Ukrainians in their native land. People with disabilities should be the next victims of this criminal process.
We are talking about the fact that every citizen with special needs in the TOT of Ukraine will be obliged to undergo a mandatory medical and social expert commission in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and subject to the availability of a Russian passport, of course. All this will take place until December 31, 2025. Starting January 1, 2026, people with disabilities but without a Russian passport will be deprived of their disability pension.
But not only passports. Seventeen participants in the liquidation of the Chornobyl accident from Luhansk region who found themselves under occupation were handed Russian-style liquidator certificates. In this way, the occupiers are destroying the legal connection of these citizens with Ukraine.
You can stop the policy of the Russian invaders and their collaborators by publicizing their crimes and demanding their international prosecution. You can also participate in rallies in support of Ukraine or donate to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
