There is a new disaster in the temporarily occupied Donetsk, Makiivka, and Novyi Svit. The criminal mismanagement of the occupation authorities has led to apartment buildings flooding due to gusts of water and sewage. Numerous complaints to the local housing and communal services remain unresolved.
This is not surprising. After all, due to the mass mobilization of the local population to the Russian army, there is no one to work in the housing and utilities sector in the temporarily occupied territories. It seems this is the case for all spheres of life in the occupied territories of Ukraine.
Local occupation administrations demand that businesses register all their employees with fake military commissariats. In particular, the owners need to submit lists of those without Russian passports who are not registered with the occupiers.
The National Resistance Center reminds everyone who came to Ukrainian soil during the war that the destruction of housing and communal infrastructure. The creation of unacceptable conditions for the life of the civilian population in the occupied territories is a violation of international humanitarian law. And they will have to be held accountable before the International Criminal Court. Help bring the perpetrators to justice by sharing that information and donating to Ukraine’s Defense Forces.
