According to the Center of National Resistance information, the Russians plan to mobilize 130,000 people from October 1 to December 31 this year. In particular, illegal mobilization measures will also take place in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. Most of them plan to “mobilize” in the TOT of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions, as well as the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
The mobilization plan in the TOT is personally supervised by the deputy head of the Russian Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, who visited the TOT of Donetsk region in September.
