The occupying administrations of the Kremlin and the TOT of Ukraine intensified the so-called selection among graduates of local schools for further training in Russian higher military and police educational institutions. In particular, students of the eleventh grade are offered training at the rear department of the Russian federal state public educational institution “Perm Military Institute of the National Guard of the Russian Federation”.
Such an active campaign confirms the lack of personnel in the bodies and structures of the “Main Directorate of the Federal Service of the National Guard of the Russian Federation” in the “DPR”, “LPR”, temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions. According to the Ukrainian underground in these territories today, the staffing of this “structure” is a maximum of 20%. That is why the invaders are placing a big bet on the graduates, from whom they will “mold” their manuals in the future.
It is also known about cases when policemen in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine agitated children from orphan school to enter specialized educational institutions of the Ministry of Education in the future or, even simpler, to go serve as policemen in the occupation administrations without special education immediately after finishing school.
The use of children and the raising of children for themselves is an unchanging practice in Russia for centuries.
