In the temporarily occupied territories, due to the shortage of doctors, local occupation administrations have obliged outpatient clinics to provide priority services to enemy soldiers.
In this way, the enemy wants to unload hospitals, but at the same time, it once again plans to hide behind civilians and use peaceful objects as military ones, which is another crime.
It is expected that the occupants will be provided with non-priority care and examinations in the outpatient clinics. Soon this decision of the ROA will be approved at the level of the “Ministry of Defense” of the Russian Federation.
