The Cyber Resistance activists have received documents that clearly demonstrate how the Kremlin manipulates to hide the mortality of its meat.
In Russia, there is a cult of death, while the life of a Russian is cheaper than a piece of paper in his birth certificate. This is confirmed by the documentation handed over to the activists by the future captain alexander dokshin (Russian: майор александр докшин), who is currently the commander of one of the military units of the Western military district of the Russian Federation.
In his mail, in addition to discrediting materials, he kept documents of interest to the Defense Forces. One of them concerns monetary allowances and social benefits for the so-called members of the “SVO” (Special military operation).
The document reveals how the military command of the Russian army conceals the real losses of the Moscow’s army at the front, saves budget funds for the dead, and clearly separates the occupiers and their henchmen from the temporarily occupied territories, where the latter are assigned the role of almost free cannon fodder for the Russian army.
The current directive of the commander of the Western Military District states that the conscripts and terrorists from the so-called DPR and LPR are deprived of any monetary allowances and social benefits provided to other Russian military personnel. In other words, the Russian military command clearly separates the occupiers and their henchmen from the TOT. The practice of “missing persons” is also being introduced to save money.
But most importantly, the unit commanders are directly ordered to conceal the facts of deaths and injuries of Russian soldiers, even in documents for official use. In other words, the military leadership is so frightened by the number of casualties that they seem to be afraid to disclose it even within the army and field commanders.
This is apparently why, based on the text of the document and its annexes, Russian military personnel do not die in the war, but “cease to participate in the Joint Forces Operation” or “are missing.”
These neologisms should be added to the “negative offensive” and “gesture of goodwill” expressions that form an alternative reality for the Russian citizen.
The National Resistance Center calls on to help the Defense Forces to “stop Russians from participating in the SVO» and report their location by following the link.
