The Russian enterprise “Izhmash – Unmanned Systems” failed to fulfill the state order for the production of the Granat-4 complex due to the lack of European components.
The Russian Ministry of Attack signed an agreement with the plant to produce new systems in the summer of 2023, but in October, based on an independent opinion of the Udmurt Commerce and Industry Chamber, the plant reported that it could not fulfill the order due to sanctions and the lack of components from the EU.
The relevant document was handed over to the National Resistance Center by concerned employees of the plant:
We have another story when “Russian weapons” are not such because of the technological backwardness of the Russian Federation, which destroys the enemy’s plans to destroy Ukraine.
We urge everyone who disagrees with the Kremlin’s Nazi policy to continue to pass on information about Russian weapons to make sanctions more effective and disrupt production.
