Anomalous frost in the temporarily occupied territories of the south led to a blackout in the 150 kW electrical networks, the occupiers do not have enough specialists to eliminate the problem.
The Russians lack workers in the energy industry, and therefore the occupation administration cannot respond to damage in a timely manner. Therefore, a number of settlements in Kherson region and Zaporizhzhia are without electricity.
Most of the energy workers left the region after its capture, because they did not support the occupation. The available capabilities are not enough, there is also an understaffing of the social security services.
In this way, we can state the inability of the Russian Federation to ensure the vital activities of the TOT, despite the fact that it is the occupiers who are entrusted with this function by international law. We call on Ukrainians to continue to sabotage the actions of the enemy administration and report on the places where the occupiers gather.
