The occupiers launched the online service “I am in Russia” to speed up the passporting of residents of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Thus, the enemy offers TOT residents, including minors (above 14 years old), to complete an online application for a Russian “passport”, insurance and other waste paper. In return, the occupiers promise to provide social benefits and subsidies for utilities.
The occupiers are forced to launch one due to the locals’ refusal to receive a passport. Many people sabotage the process, but now the occupiers will force civilians to register online.
In addition, the service is also used to make an appointment with a doctor, but only if you have a Russian passport. In this way, the occupiers are once again violating international law, depriving TOT residents of medical care who did not receive a passport.
