The occupation administration is unable to ensure the proper social-economic condition of the lands entrusted by the owners to the Kremlin, as a result of which another economic sector – the coal industry – is collapsing.
An analysis of information from open sources, as well as reports from partisans at the TOT of the Donetsk region, shows that most enterprises have huge debts for the payment of “wages”. There is a critical drop in the level of ore extraction, there is a permanent process of staff reduction, and there are also no qualified personnel to replace dismissed or “mobilized” employees.
In addition, a critical situation with the main property funds, equipment and consumables is recorded, due to which this industry will be in danger of existence in the near future.
