In the temporarily occupied territories, Russians are recruiting Ukrainians for the war against their own homeland.
In the TOT of eastern Ukraine and Crimea, Russians are agitating men to join the ranks of the Russian Federation and sign contracts. In the case of Crimea, local conscripts are lured with contracts.
At the same time, the monetary payments for Ukrainians for signing the contract are less than in other regions of Russia. If in Moscow it is 805 thousand rubles, and in the Leningrad region or Krasnodar Territory – from 500 to 600 thousand rubles, for Ukrainians it is less than 200 thousand.
Thus, the enemy not only violates international law, but also intends to recruit cheap manpower for the war by creating a humanitarian crisis in the occupied lands.
The National Resistance Center calls on Ukrainians to ignore the initiatives of the occupiers and, if a contract is signed, to surrender at the first opportunity to save their lives.
