The Russians have imposed an unofficial tax on employees of the seized enterprises under their control for their war needs.
In the temporarily occupied territories, the enemy is taking steps to create a mutual responsibility in financing the Russian army. Thus, the Russians began to demand that employees of the seized enterprises hand over money to the Russian army against their signatures.
Upon demand, the employees sign a document on a “voluntary contribution”. Later, the occupiers will use this document to threaten the signatories with their “collaborationism” in order to gain their loyalty through their fear.
