Currently, the occupiers have 40% understaffing in the “department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” in Khartsyzk. The enemy is forced to lower the requirements for future employees and promise social benefits, because currently the shortage is solved by attracting “tourers” from the Krasnodar region of Russia.
Now anyone can become a “policeman”, the only condition is a Russian passport. We note that this situation is observed throughout the TOT, because the majority of the population either left the region, was mobilized, or does not cooperate with the occupiers.
