In the temporarily occupied territories, Russians are expanding the program of Russification of the local population. They are forcing people with disabilities to change their documents confirming their disabilities to Russian ones.
The replacement of disability documents issued before March 1, 2023, is based on the results of a medical and social examination. However, there are no conditions to pass this examination. The situation with medical facilities in the occupied territories is critical.
One of the proofs of this is that civilian outpatient clinics in the TOT are obliged to provide services to soldiers of the Russian Armed Forces as a matter of priority. In general, there is a difficult situation with personnel.
