In the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region, the Russians continued the policy of forced passporting of the local population.
In particular, the occupiers obliged the controlled local schools to issue health insurance to high school students aged 14 and over. However, the condition of issuance is that the teenager received a Russian passport, and one of his parents has it.
The list of persons who do not receive school insurance must be provided to the occupation administration, and “educational work” with the parents of such children must be conducted.
