In the temporarily occupied territories, preparations are underway for the mobilization of the local population for the war against their Motherland.
So, on the captured lands of the Kherson region, the fake “military commander” has already developed a mobilization plan and started issuing summonses to reserve officers. “Military commissars (recruiters)” work on the basis of data provided by residents during “elections” and the food packages distribution lists.
At the same time, 100 summonses have been distributed in Donetsk region during the “elections”. Also, «military commissars» are actively collecting data on people born in 2006 with an eye on mobilization in 2024.
Note that the mobilization of the occupied territories residents is a gross international law violation and indicates Moscow’s intention to destroy Ukrainians.
