The occupiers are actively supporting the pace of recruitment of local residents of the TOT in eastern and southern Ukraine to join the ranks of the Russian occupation forces.
Thus, according to available information, from the beginning of this year to the present day, about seven thousand residents of the occupied territories have signed a contract with the occupation forces. The occupation forces intend to increase the rate of mobilization of the local population.
The main and only reason for the involvement of the TOT population in the ranks of the Russian Armed Forces is the high level of unemployment and difficult financial situation. The second reason is due to Russia’s aggressive disinformation campaign against Ukraine.
In this context, the Russian side is constantly trying to “bribe” the local population to sign contracts with the Russian Ministry of Attack, promising in return the right to receive land plots from the occupation authorities.
The National Resistance Center emphasizes to all the criminals of the occupation regime that Ukraine, with the support of the international community, is taking all possible measures to record and investigate the war crimes committed, so that after the de-occupation of the regions, all those involved will be brought to justice in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
