The National Resistance Center received evidence regarding the intentions of the occupiers to equip Kh-32 (X-32) cruise missiles with cluster munitions.
The National Resistance Center was provided with the documents of the Dubno Machine-Building Plant, where the occupiers manufacture missiles for further attacks on the civilian infrastructure of Ukraine.
It is known from them that the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in October 2023 tasked engineers to modernize cruise missiles with a cluster unit.
Currently, there are no recorded cases of the Russians using the corresponding missiles. However, we urge Ukrainians to promptly respond to the alarm, because the enemy disregards international law and is ready to use more lethal weapons against the civilian population.
