According to the available information, the enemy set himself the goal during the current year to maximally integrate the TOT of the south and east of Ukraine into a unified system of the political and legal field of the Russian Federation, with the subsequent formation of territorial and federal bodies of the so-called executive power.
Therefore, the Russian occupation administrations will continue to follow the Kremlin instructions, in particular regarding the granting of Russian citizenship.
Part of the measures related to the occupation processes were implemented by the enemy, but there are significant problems with the recruitment of qualified personnel due to the lack of the required number of collaborators, especially from among the local population.
