Due to the lack of public administration personnel in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, the occupation authorities introduced the practice of courses for future managers. Now a few weeks of training are enough to head the administration or become a member of the government of the pseudo-republic.
Last year 6,000 “public administration” and “national economy” specialists were trained in the temporarily occupied Luhansk Region with the participation and assistance of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Civil Service through several weeks of courses.
In 2024, the second stage of training such “specialists” began. This year, it is planned to train at least seven thousand managers.
It will probably be superfluous to talk about the quality of such specialists. So, to the humanitarian crisis due to the lack of doctors, teachers, and utility workers, the crisis of the “state” administration of the occupation administrations was added.
We remind all collaborators and those who cooperate with the enemy that for such “activity” you will be convicted in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
