A former official from Kherson provided the Russians means of transportation which were used to transport children from the temporarily occupied territories.
The Security Service of Ukraine prevented the former deputy head of the Kherson Center of Emergency Medical Aid and Disaster Medicine from escaping from Ukraine. She is suspected of collaborating with the occupiers.
“The ex-official helped the Russians to deport Ukrainian children. During the occupation of the city, she became a member of the management team of the captured medical facility and handed over 24 ambulances to the Russians,” the message reads.
The Russians used the vehicle provided by her for disguise when taking the children to Crimea and Russia. In addition, wounded soldiers of the Russian Federation were evacuated in these cars.
